Congratulations to our LiHigh School students!

Last week at LiHigh School, our three students completed public exhibitions of their student work. Logan premiered his 45-minute documentary about artisans living and working in southern Vermont to an audience of almost 50 people. Tom shared his experiences as an intern with the Poultney Mettawee Natural Resources Conversation District, and Giulia discussed her experience planning and hosting a month-long photography exhibit at the Pawlet Public Library. The students also shared an original piece of music that they wrote and composed as part of their studies at LiHigh School.

The next term brings some exciting changes for all three students. Logan will begin an internship with a professional photographer. Giulia will start her internship with a professional web-developer. And now that the Spring has arrived, Tom’s internship with the PMNRCD will see him working in the field, helping to restore trout habitats along the Mettawee River.

Congratulations again to our students, and if you’d like to hear more about what we’re up, come to our open house on April 19th at 6pm. We’re located on the second floor of the Poultney Small Business Center at 188 Main Street in Poultney. Hope to see you there!
